NOTICE FROM THE ARLINGTON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT: LAND RECORDS COVER SHEETS NO LONGER REQUIRED
After utilizing the cover sheet for the past year, and talking with customers and staff about the extra burdens using the cover sheets imposes, we have decided to no longer require cover sheets for land records documents recorded in the Arlington Circuit Court Clerk's office. We appreciate your cooperation and feedback on this and other issues relating to the rollout of our new land records management system.
This change will go into effect on Tuesday, January 19, 2016.
